The Groups show a list of groups which are effectively groupings of Users. Groups are used to facilitate Sharing of assets between Users such as Datasets and Dashboards.

Groups can be either private or public, each User has by default a private Group. Only public Groups are listed in the interface.

From the interface it is possible to add or remove Groups, you may for example want to create a 'marketing' Group to be used for Users in the marketing department of your organisation to share Dashboards, etc..

The Users table lists users registered on the system. You can see their username, which Groups they belong too, the type of Subscription they have, when they were added to the system.

The Users table also gives you the ability to delete users.

From here you can manage your Subscriptions or licenses to the system. There are several types of Subscription which give access to different areas of the product.

You will see a list of current Users and able to allocate types of Subscription, as well as to import or request more Subscriptions.

Events (Dedicated Only)

Events allow you to query with some basic serach parameters the low level logs that are running on the underlying NodeJS system.

Datasets (Dedicated Only)

Datasets gives you a list of all the Datasets on the system. This list is from the core Dataset collection on the database and is not linked to any individual User's Organiser listings, due to this please only use the delete operation with caution.

Cron Jobs (Dedicated Only)

Cron Jobs allow you to set scheduled tasks than can be either run by calling a URL on the system or set to run a Data Scientist Script. The Schedule format follows standard Cron notation

Database Drivers (Dedicated Only)

This is where JDBC Drivers can be uploaded and managed. Please refer to the documentation at Database Imports before changing anything here. Also make sure you give each Driver a simple name the user will understand as that is what will appear on the DB Imports dropdown list.
